Unkown But Yet Known

We are always happy to go and do something. Planning something months ahead of time. Then out of no where, we're told to start getting ready for the mission that we knew was goign to happen, just hoping it was after our planned trip, or date. I'm only told dates and what were going to do, but those are for little things, not the big deployments. Nope, we don't know until later down the road, but even though we may get mad, we have to be flexable. We always have to be flexable to meet the needs of the country and the world. We're told that this date and this month we should know when this happens. That statement is more true than ever now since I've joined the US Navy, but I accept the fact that I have to be flexable cause anything can happen at any given point in time. The uknown but yet known. Our deployments.

Being Appreciated By People You Dont Know

I know being appreciated by your family means a lot to everyone including me. But it feels more gratifying when someone you don't know or you do but have never meet face to face before says thank you for what you are doing. I play an Internet game and I was in my own guild (club) in this game, by myself and alone. There was a guild that asked me to join, weeks later I did. And after minutes of me joining I was given this intro to the guild (we miss spell and abbreviate a lot[AdmiralWright is my account name]):Every one plz welcome AdmiralWright


he is a service man and more then deservers your respect more than just if you r and american We military men and women receive a lot of praise from friends and family, and we take in with all of hearts. But when it's from an unknown or no face person you play a game with, you take it more than you would normally. I know the person in the game, in the real world, I don't know him and he doesn't know me. But he said thanks in his way, and that what matters. Give thanks to those who wear the uniform the US Armed Forces, no matter if you know them or not, then will appreciate it more than you know and you never know. It might brighten their day

Safely Home

Well, I am home from my first little deployment. We were gone for two weeks and have returned for the time being. It was a pretty cool trip in my opion. At least I'll be ready for the next one to come up. While we were gone, we had to stop in San Diego for supplies going to and from the ocean and Washington. Being on a carrier is that bad of a thing, though you can really feel the waves when we're going through heavy seas.Besides that, I'm doing great and I am safely home in Washington.

In The Fleet & On My Ship

Well, I have arrived at my ship in Washington and have been enjoying it so far. The ship is pretty big, but I don't think that they had tall (6 feet and taller) in mind when they designed the ship. Being home for a while was great, enjoyed seeing family and friends that I haven't seen in a while. I'm happy to be here in the fleet finally and not at a training command. Well, got to go.

I finally graduated from APACT and on my way home for leave for a couple of days, then off to my ship. I wasn't really happy to leave because i finally gotten comfortable in Pensacola an now I'm moving to the other side of the country. It's a life journey that I have decided to go down. I am willing to what I need to do to enjoy this life until I retire from it. Here I come home. Home sweet home Colorado.

In class, finally

Today, I have started my classes for my job in the Navy now. Today was just a bunch of paper work that we had to do. I graduate from my "A" school on 14March, and then I'm on my way to my ship wkth a stop on the way home. Here we go!

Road bumps and smooth roads

It's almost been a year since I lasted posted here on my blog. I am doing well in the navy. I am currently in Florida doing training for my job. I have been enjoying my time in Florida very much, both on and off the base. During the holidays I was able to fly home to see my family. Felling the cool Colorado air made me feel right at home. The time I was in Colorado I enjoyed, thanks again Grandma & Grandpa for letting me use your home to stay at while I was home. During my time in Florida, I have meet some one that I have began to fall in love with. Though now since she moved to a different training command in a different state, it's harder than it seemed. But, we are making it work. I'm currently awaiting to class up for my training and I am enjoying every day here in Florida and in the US Navy. Talk to you soon
