Waiting, & waiting, & waiting, .....

How long does it take to make copies of a damn medical file. I have been waiting for weeks to get, no bloody phone call saying that we can pick it up, or it's on it's way. Nope, none of that has happen, and with out the medical file, I can't do a damn thing. I can't sign any paper work dealing with the Army, I can't do anything without the the damn medical file. It just makes me angry that  it has taken so damn long. And while I have been waiting, I have received my permit to drive, gotten the list of jobs I'm qualified for, and gotten ready for my senior photos. Hopefully mom will get a live person in medical records and give him/her an ear full.

Getting ready.

Hello,
My name is Jacob Wright. I am 17 years old and currently attending Wasson High School. This Coming July I will be signing on with the US Army. Decision for signing with the Army was easy and hard. My original plan was to go to college first, and then join the military. But as my mom and I was going through everything that I had on colleges that I liked, we saw that i would need to take out some loans. So set appointments with all the recruiters to sit down and talk with them. I asked my grandpa to join us because I wanted more than just my mom with me. The Navy was the best suit for me because we would some how have to get my ADHD waive. The Marines weren't even better, and no offence to the Marines reading this, but he more of a sales person than a recruiter. The Air Force wasn't even there. But when we were talking to the Army recruiter, he answered half of our questions with one blow. So after a day or two of possessing all of the information and receiving thoughts of the information from all family members, the best fit that I have deiced to go with the Army. Well, I must go. Farewell
